1. Return Window

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition and packaging

  • With all labels and tags attached


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Undergarments or intimate base layers

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards and vouchers

  • Personalized or altered garments


3. Return Instructions

To begin a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return (fit, quality, etc.)

  2. We will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and instructions.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected for condition and completeness.

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to product defect or fulfillment error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong size or style

  • A garment with manufacturing flaws

Please notify us within 72 hours of receipt, and include clear photos. We’ll correct the error through refund or replacement.


7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. For size or color swaps, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred variant.
